Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Science enrolls 150 students in its 4-and-a-half-year MBBS curriculum, which also includes a year of rotational internship. Candidates are deemed eligible for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma programs if they have an MBBS degree or its equivalent, have passed the NEET-PG exam, and have registered with the Medical Council of India or Dental Council.
For 33% of the seats, admission to PG programs is granted via the NEET-PG or State Government Common Entrance Test (CET), for 42% of the seats, via COMED-K, and for 25% of the seats, directly on the basis of merit under the Management Quota.
