Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), located in Bangalore, is connected to the Institute. Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Science enrolls 150 students in its 4-and-a-half-year MBBS curriculum, which also includes a year of rotational internship. Candidates are deemed eligible for admission to the MBBS program if they have completed the NEET exam administered by the CBSE and have earned a 10+2 diploma in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology from a recognized Board.

Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences offers a three-year MD degree with 12 specializations, a five-year MS program, and a two-year Diploma program in eight fields. Candidates are deemed eligible for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma programs if they have an MBBS degree or its equivalent, have passed the NEET-PG exam, and have registered with the Medical Council of India or Dental Council.
For 33% of the seats, admission to PG programs is granted via the NEET-PG or State Government Common Entrance Test (CET), for 42% of the seats, via COMED-K, and for 25% of the seats, directly on the basis of merit under the Management Quota.
