  •  Register as a candidate on the official website.
  •  Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1): You must select the courses and universities of your choosing before locking in your preferences within the online application.
  •  Seat Allocation Result (Round 1): Based on available openings and candidates’ selections, the seat allocation may be printed online.
  •  Reporting to college: Candidates who receive a seat in the first round may have the option of rejecting it or returning to the assigned college to complete the admissions requirements.
  •  For candidates who were unable to register during the first round of counselling, new registration (Round 2) is available.
  •  Round 2 of the Fresh Choice Filling and Locking is comparable to round 1 from before.
  •  Seat Allocation Result (Round 2): Comparable to the round 1 discussed above.
  •  Reporting to College (Round 2): It should be noted that, in accordance with orders issued by the Supreme Court of India, those who may be assigned a seat during the second round of counselling (15% AIQ Quota) would not be entitled to resign from their seats.

How to Apply?

Step 1: The candidate to go to the official website.

Step 2: Select “New Registration” from the menu.

Step 3 (Personal Information): Following successful account activation and registration, candidates must provide their personal information. As you fill out the application, double-check that all the information is accurate.

Step 4 (Upload Photo and Signature): After filling out the personal information, the candidate must upload a high-contrast passport-sized photo (the photo must be taken with a placard containing the candidate’s name and the date it was taken) and a full Hindi and English signature (not in capital letters), both of which must be duly scanned. Click “Save & Continue” once the photo and signature have been uploaded.

Step 5 (Educational Information): The candidate should enter his or her educational information on the computer screen and click the “Save & Continue” button after uploading the scanned versions of their photo and signature.

Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fee): After providing all the necessary information, candidates must continue with the Counselling Fee payment. There will be no refund of the counselling fee.

The following two methods are available for paying the counselling fee:

  • Payment by Bank Challan: If a candidate wishes to pay the counselling fee by bank challan, he or she must choose the offline / NEFT Challan payment option from the payment options displayed on a computer screen, download the challan, print it out, and visit any bank by the scheduled deadline in order to do so.
  •  Online Payment: If the candidate chooses to pay the counselling fee online, using a credit card, debit card, or net banking, they must first choose one of the online payment options from those that appear on the computer screen before clicking “Make the Payment.” For payments made online, the candidate must pay a processing fee in addition to the counselling fee.
